Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings under the Subscription section. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
Am I eligible for a refund?
First-time subscribers who cancel within 14 days of their initial paid subscription get a full refund. Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days. Refunds are also available for significant service outages or processing errors.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
How do I request a refund?
Email billing@bylawqa.com with your account email and the reason, submit through the Contact Us page, or reach out through the Support section in your dashboard.
What is not eligible for a refund?
Subscription fees beyond the 14-day (first-time) or 30-day (annual) cancellation window, marketplace template purchases from third-party sellers, additional seat charges already used during the billing period, and most promotional or discounted subscriptions.
What plans does Bylaw offer?
Free Trial, Essential, Enhanced, and Enterprise — billed monthly or annually. All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and processed securely through Stripe. Renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
What happens when I downgrade my plan?
The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged the higher rate after that, and no refund is issued for the remaining time on the higher tier — you keep those features until the period ends.
Do I keep ownership of my documents?
Yes. You retain full ownership of every document and dataset you create. Bylaw does not access, share, or sell your content. All data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit.
What if I dispute a charge?
Contact billing@bylawqa.com within 30 days of the charge. We typically resolve issues quickly when contacted directly, before a payment-provider dispute is filed.
Does Bylaw provide legal advice?
No. Bylaw provides document templates, HR calculations, and regulatory information for reference only. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify with qualified professionals.
